The idea of the KAYROMA project was born from these observations. Today, we are not presenting a finished product or a full description of a solution. We are developing a project that grows out of real problems in the labour market, recruitment and professional cooperation.

KAYROMA is a name we associate with a question about the future of the labour market: how can companies, skilled workers, recruiters and project partners more easily find the right opportunities at the right time?

For ETB Solutions, this topic is not theory. It is daily practice: conversations with clients, team organisation, searching for skilled workers, checking availability and matching people to specific projects.
